About Ann

Ann is an unconventional photographer, approaching art with an unerring precision of a chemist. She works well both in studio and ambient lighting, always mindful of maintaining a relaxed and comforting mood for every image she creates. After completing a Photography Studies Certificate from Ryerson University, she sought to understand food photography better by completing food styling training by seasoned food stylist, Delores Custer. Exhibitions of two bodies of her work were held at Gladstone Hotel’s Art Bar in 2011.

On the barest of her free time, Ann spends it on traveling for the sole purpose of experiencing food. A voracious social media fanatic, she articulately blogs about her food trips at www.foodtrippinwithann.com and lets her readers experience a virtual culinary tour through her food photography. She is currently one of the Top 10 Food Bloggers in Urbanspoon Toronto (www.urbanspoon.com).

Currently, she is partner to EyeCandyTO, (www.eyecandyto.com). EyeCandyTO is a partnership between Ann as food photographer and Abraham Wornovitzky, food stylist/chef/marketing&communications. Together, they create vibrant and mouth-watering images that could transport you to feelings of familiarity and comfort.
